Admission to 50% of the seats i.e.: - 210 Seats will be through post entrance exam counseling by the Directorate of Technical Education, Chhattisgarh, for which domicile holders of Chhattisgarh are eligible. The remaining 50% seats will be filled through the Community Quota at College level.

1. The aspirant should obtain minimum 50 % in PCM XII Std. as a regular student, conducted by state or central govt.
2. Should have a valid score of 10% Marks in AIEEE-2011 (for Outside Sate Aspirants)
OR
Should have a valid score of 10% Marks in CGPET-2011(for C.G. Sate Aspirants)
STATE QUOTA - Counseling for 50% Seats conducted by DTE- C.G.
1. The aspirant should obtain minimum 50 % in PCM XII Std. as a regular student, conducted by state or central govt.
2. Should have a valid score of 10% Marks in CGPET-2011(for C.G. Sate Aspirants)
Calendar for admission against Community / Management seats 2011
- Last date for submission of application. - 25 June 11 (Revised)
- Date for College Level Counseling / Announcing final results. - 29 & 30 June 11
-Date of closing of admission -03 July 11*
- Starting of the Academic session -02 Aug 11
*However closing date of admission for PET quota students will be as per the shedule given by directorate of technical education.
Policy of refund of the fee.
In case of CGPET Quota after taking admission if the cancellation is done before the last date of closing of admission, processing fees of Rs.1000/- will be deducted and the remaining shall be returned after the admission period, however In case of Community Quota deduction of fees will be at the sole discretion of the Management. However if a student cancels the admission for any reason, after the last date for closing of admission in either case he/ she will have to pay the course fees for the entire four years.
Policy of evaluation of Seats under Community Quota.
The applications received are analyzed after the cut off date based on the AIEEE ranking The candidates will have to appear for the counseling along with their parents / guardians. Original marks cards and certificates should be produced before the selection committee. The decision of the Selection Committee shall be binding and final. List of candidates finally selected for admission will be intimated during the time of counseling. The selected students have to take admission on the declared date failing which the students in waiting list will be given the next chance. A letter from the vicar or pastor confirming the status as Christian should be attached with the application.
Lateral Admissions (for Diploma holders in transfer course)
Diploma holders are eligible for admission directly in second year of four year B.E. Degree course. Ten percent of total intake in first year B.E. is sanctioned for admission in second year. Out of the total seats so available in second year, admissions will be made on the basis of marks obtained in theory subjects of diploma examination with a minimum of 60%. The admission notice for this entry is published in news papers and college notice board and in the website.
Documents required at the time of Admission:
Candidates seeking admission to the college must submit prescribed application form filling up every columns with following documents in original along with two sets of photocopies. Originals are required for verification and custody by the college.
1. Mark Sheet s of qualifying Examination in original and six Xerox copies.
X Std. & XII Std. / B.Sc. Part (I / II / III) / Diploma (From Polytechnic)
2. Transfer Certificates in original from the institution last studied.
3. Character Certificate in original
4. Affidavit, if there is gap during study period.
5. Domicile Certificate (for those belonging to C.G.)
6. Recent Passport size photo (Student 4 copies+ Parent & Local Guardian 1Copy each)
7. Undertaking from candidate to be countersigned by Parent / Guardian.
8. Migration Certificate in original. (For those belonging to other state or university)
9. Selection Note from the Directorate (For Counseling Conducted by Sate)
10. Proof of Address & Income of Parent.
11. Proof of Address of Local Guardian if any.
Time schedule for payment of fee for the entire Programme.
The fees is usually collected before 30th june every year or collected during admission for first year students, which ever is earlier. Students eligible for grants from govt. agencies or NGO's(Reserved/BPL/Minority etc) should contact the administrative office for obtaining the benefit. However such student also should pay the fees in the stipulated time and upon recipt of grant by the agencies the fees will be returened to the student.
