Information Technology is the study, design, development, implementation, support or management of computer- based information systems, particularly software application and computer hardware. In short IT deals with the use of computer and computer software to convert, store, protect, process, transmit and retrieve information.
The department focuses on simulating reasoning and analytical skills by imparting excellent training in the fields of e-commerce, Management Information system, Database Management, network Design and technology Management. The students are moulded to IT professionals who can excel in a variety of fields ranging from multimedia, finance, insurance and production to air traffic control, satellite communication and national defence.
